GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: Where will her conference 2017 be held?

A: Her Conference 2017 will be held at Convene Conference Center at 730 3rd Ave, New York. Please note that this is a different location from previous years. 

Q: Who will be speaking at her conference 2017? 

A: We will be releasing keynote and panel info on our social media channels in the coming months, but promise it will be the biggest and best Her Conference to date!

Q: How much does Her Conference cost?

A: A 2-Day pass costs $100.

Q: What time does the conference start and end? 

A: You can expect registration to open around 8:30am and programming to run through 5:30pm on both Saturday and Sunday. We will release a more detailed itinerary in the weeks leading up to the Conference. 

Q: CAN I PURCHASE A 1-DAY PASS TO HER CONFERENCE?

A: No. All passes are inclusive of both days of programming. 

Q: are passes refundable?

A: Passes are non-refundable; however, they are transferrable. Visit our Her Conference Facebook Group to connect with others who may want to purchase your ticket. 

Q: What is the dress code for Her Conference?

A: The dress code is “collegiette chic,” which means professional but fun. Please refrain from wearing jeans, sweats, sneakers or flip flops.

Q: Do I need to bring anything to Her Conference?

A: Nothing is required to attend the conference, but feel free to bring a water bottle, tablet, etc. for your use throughout the day. Wi-Fi will be available. 

Q: Is food provided at Her Conference?

A: Yes, breakfast and lunch will be catered, and snacks and beverages will be provided throughout the day.

Q: I'm a Her Campus alum. Can I still attend her conference?

A: Yes. All members of the HC Team (including High School Ambassadors, InfluenceHer Collective members and alums) are welcome.

Q: I'M not involved with her campus. can i still attend her conference?

A: Yes. Registration is open to the public. 

Q: I AM NOT A COLLEGE STUDENT. CAN I STILL ATTEND HER CONFERENCE?

A: Yes. Registration is open to the public and programming accommodates high school students and recent graduates in addition to college students. 

Q: I do not identify as female. CAN I STILL ATTEND HER CONFERENCE?

A: Yes. While referred to as 'Her Conference', all genders are welcome.

Q: I AM A PARENT. CAN I ATTEND HER CONFERENCE WITH MY CHILD?

A: Yes. We encourage parents of students under the age of 16 to attend.

Q: Where should I stay in NYC?

A: Her Campus will provide information about hotels near the venue as the event gets closer. Visit our Her Conference Facebook Group to connect with other attendees and New York natives for additional advice.
