Her Conference 2024 will be held on Saturday, June 22 in New York City. Programming will begin at approximately 9:00AM and run through approximately 4:30PM. (subject to change)

Her Conference tickets can be purchased HERE on Eventbrite. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Yes, just make sure they have also purchased a ticket via Eventbrite. Plus ones without their own ticket/QR code will NOT be admitted. This will also be a great chance to network with fellow HC community members and meet new friends! Whether you come solo or with a plus one, we can guarantee your new bestie(s) is coming too.

Parking is not available directly at the venue. We recommend using a rideshare app or utilizing public transit.

All attendees will be responsible for their transport to and from the event as well as any applicable travel and/or accommodations at their sole and absolute expense.

• Behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or degrading to others, including any messages, images, or interactions by anyone, in any form, regardless of location.​

• Harassment or discrimination of any kind, including based on age, ancestry, color, gender identity or expression, national origin, physical or mental disability, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.​​

We call on everyone to assist in creating a welcoming and safe environment at Her Campus Media events. Please report any concerns, harassing behavior, or suspicious or disruptive activity to venue staff, the event host or owner, or the nearest event staff.

Anyone who violates this Code of Conduct will be refused admittance and/or must leave the event immediately.

Her Campus Media reserves the right to refuse admittance to and/or remove any person from a Her Campus Media event at any time at its sole discretion.​
